No matter how big or small your event is, we feature 5 adjoining spaces plus your own full-service bar with multiple locations for you to customize and make your own. Each of our rooms -the Parlor, the Gallery, the Lounge, the Ballroom, and the Rooftop Deck- includes their own individual amenities that come with each space (their details and rates are below my signature). These rates are for up to a 10-hour long rental ($250 for each additional hour) and your rental can end as late as 2am!

All of WithinSodo can be rented or you can choose the rooms you like most, but before you make a decision you should come down and see how the rooms connect to each other -for instance, the Rooftop Deck needs to be rented in combination with the Ballroom for access. Please take note: during the Summer months of May-October we do have a 3-space minimum on Fridays & Saturdays (June-September also have different Summer rates).

Besides taxes, the only other fee involved in the room rental is a $350-$550 Cleaning Fee (depending on how many rooms you use) and a $500 refundable damage deposit. We do require that all wedding events have a licensed and insured Day-Of Coordinator - either with Sabrina, our in-house coordinator, or select your own. If you have a special animal friend, bring ‘em - we’re pet-friendly too!

Come down and check out the many bars in the different rooms, each of which could open/close at different times throughout the evening, and learn more about our bar packages. We would love to make your guests a custom craft cocktail! While we exclusively provide alcohol and all bar services, there are no restrictions on any other vendors as long as they are properly licensed and insured.

If you were to reserve all of WithinSodo, we feature an expansive rooftop covered deck with an amazing view of the Seattle skyline, 3+ bars, sound system, a caterer's kitchen, a projector and screen, Wi-Fi, up to five restrooms, free street parking, and more! Tables, chairs, and any furniture will be up to you to rent separately by your preferred vendor or check out some of our favorite vendors.
