With such a transformative space, we strive to create unique weddings that cater to each couple’s vision. As WithinSodo’s new preferred wedding day coordinator, VEVENTS looks forward to providing support, oversight, and coordinating the final details to ensure your big day is executed perfectly.
As the preferred coordinator, we offer expertise on utilizing venue spaces, understanding the accommodations offered, and optimizing the flow of events at this amazing venue. Our main goal is to alleviate any stress by unifying your established ideas and vendors into a cohesive vision, allowing you to focus on enjoying the wedding of your dreams!

Day-of coordination planning will consist of 3-4 substantial meetings, which typically last 1 to 2 hours each. We will reach out initially to get some details on your vision for your big day, and schedule our first meeting 100-days out from your wedding. From there, we can expect to meet about every 3-4 weeks until your wedding day:
(3) pre-wedding meetings virtually or in-person (based on area) beginning 3-4 months out

Timeline creation
Vendor management within 30 days of event
Up to 10 hours of on-site day-of coordination (does not include personal decor setup)
