Every celebration looks a little different here, and that’s part of the fun. These packages are designed to give you a strong starting point, but your final setup may shift based on guest count, food service, timing, layout, and the kind of experience you want to create.

If you’re planning something a little more custom, we’re always happy to talk it through.

Food service

For any event serving a meal or substantial food offerings, full-service catering or a staffed food service team is required. We do not provide catering in-house, but we’re happy to work with your licensed and insured caterer or point you toward trusted teams who know the building well.

We’re lucky to share our building with two catering companies we know and trust: Lovely Night and Six Figure Catering. Both are familiar with the flow of the space and can help make food service feel more seamless from start to finish.

School events at WithinSodo are designed to balance high-energy student experiences with clear supervision, safety, and flow. These packages are built specifically for school communities, with layouts, staffing, and access plans that support movement, visibility, and compliance throughout the event.

Each package includes venue access, foundational furniture, a dedicated site manager, and required security coverage based on event size. Alcohol is not permitted at school events. Additional requirements around supervision, access control, and deposits are reviewed during the planning process.

School events follow strict access, supervision, and safety guidelines. Final guest counts and chaperone plans are required in advance. The venue reserves the right to pause or end an event if safety or compliance concerns arise.
