There is no cost for participating and has the bonus of a great networking opportunity - a lot of wonderful friendships (and referrals) come from these!

For our Open Houses, we invite all of our upcoming and prospective clients, as well as open public advertising, for them to see the venue and meet with prospective vendors. Attendance is usually between 120-200, though we are adding features and are hoping for more. We have some RSVP's already in (you can see the current list here: https://withinsodo.info/RSVP022524).

We always invite only one vendor from each "category" (so you would be the only one in your micro-industry to be featured that evening) and request you showcase your previous work, along with providing your services for the day's event. Our photographer for the evening has been requested to provide at least 2-3 images featuring you/your team!

We have three main goals for this Open House vendor showcase:

Create

We love offer guests new ideas that challenge traditions as they plan for their wedding day and give you the opportunity to try your hand at something without creative restraint.
From unique vendor categories to exciting decor elements, we want guests to know that their wedding day should be unique to them.

Inspire

We want to provide inspiration to our clients! Many have never planned an event before and love seeing your unique example.
We want to showcase your stellar work in action and provide an opportunity to try something new or work without client constraints.

Connect

The vendors will be promoted on our instagram, shared with client’s on our recommended vendor’s page, and credited in all images shared. 

We also encourage networking among the vendors, as we know these relationships are what can truly sustain a business :)

We know this is an important day to you! We want to do all that we can to help set the tone for a fun and stress-free evening, and we ask that you work towards that goal as well.

Things we discourage: competition, comparing yourself to others (or others to yourself!) & inability to be flexible.
Things we encourage: teamwork, complimenting others, social media love, going with the flow & dancing!

WithinSodo is an almost infinitely flexible event space in the heart of Seattle’s vibrant Sodo (South of Downtown) neighborhood.
